What you can do

  • Track daily streaks — A new challenge appears every day to build consistent learning habits.
  • Monitor team performance — Capability radar charts, leaderboards, and AI-recommended bid teams based on individual strengths.

Open Training from the main sidebar navigation.
Training is available to all users with the Training module enabled. Ask your admin to turn it on in Settings if you don’t see it.

How it works

Training Hub pulls from data already in your workspace — products, tenders, competitor analysis, and institution records. The AI uses this real context to generate relevant questions and scenarios, so training is always tied to your actual business.

Capability tracking

Every session contributes to your personal capability radar, which measures five dimensions:
  • Product Knowledge — How well you know your own portfolio
  • Competitive Analysis — Understanding of competitor strengths and weaknesses
  • Parameter Matching — Ability to map specs to tender requirements
  • Compliance Understanding — Regulatory and certification knowledge
  • Market Insight — Awareness of market trends and regional dynamics
Your scores update automatically as you complete sessions. Managers can view team-wide capabilities to identify training gaps and recommend members for specific bids.
