Overview
Training Hub tracks individual and team-level capabilities so managers can identify strengths, gaps, and the best people for each bid.
Capability radar
Each team member has a five-axis capability radar built from their training history:
- Product Knowledge
- Competitive Analysis
- Parameter Matching
- Compliance Understanding
- Market Insight
Scores range from 0 to 100 and update after every training session. The radar chart is visible on each person’s profile and in the team dashboard.
Leaderboard
The leaderboard ranks team members by overall training score. It shows:

| Overall score | Weighted average across all capability dimensions |
| Quiz score | Average quiz performance |
| Sim score | Average voice coaching evaluation |
| Streak | Consecutive days with at least one completed session |
AI-recommended bid teams
When preparing for a bid, the AI can recommend the best team composition based on:
- The tender’s technical requirements
- Each person’s capability profile and training history
- Coverage across all five capability dimensions
This helps ensure your bid team has the right mix of product knowledge, competitive awareness, and compliance expertise.

Open Training → scroll to the team section, or navigate to Training > Team from the sidebar.
Team performance data is only visible to users with manager-level permissions. Individual users can always see their own capability radar and session history.
