Overview
Training sessions are generated from your workspace data — the AI creates relevant questions and scenarios based on your actual products, tenders, competitors, and institutions. No manual content creation needed.
Start a new session
- Open Training from the main sidebar.
- Click New Session in the top-right corner.
- A two-step wizard appears:
Step 1 — Choose content areas
Select one or more topics for the AI to draw from:
| Content area | What gets used |
|---|
| Tenders | Active and past tender requirements, specs, and evaluation criteria |
| Products | Your product catalog — specs, features, regulatory status |
| Competitors | Competitor products, differentiators, and market positioning |
| Institutions | Hospital and institution profiles, procurement patterns |
You can select multiple areas. The AI blends them for cross-domain questions.
| Format | Description |
|---|
| Knowledge Quiz | Multiple-choice and true/false questions with instant feedback and explanations |
| Voice Coaching | Real-time voice conversation with an AI that plays a realistic customer role |
Click Create to start.
Taking a quiz
- Questions appear one at a time with a progress bar.
- Select an answer — you’ll see instant feedback (correct/incorrect) with an explanation.
- After the last question, view your results: overall score, per-question breakdown, and how it affects your capability radar.
Each question shows its difficulty level (Easy, Medium, Hard) and category. Wrong answers contribute more to your learning — the system will revisit those topics in future sessions.
Voice coaching
- The AI starts with a realistic scenario (e.g., a procurement officer asking about your product’s specs vs. a competitor).
- Speak naturally — the AI responds in real time and adapts to your answers.
- After the conversation, you receive a scored evaluation across five dimensions: technical accuracy, competitive awareness, communication, strategy, and compliance.
Daily challenge
A new single question appears every day on the Training page. Answer it to maintain your streak. Streaks are visible on your profile and the team leaderboard.
Session history
All completed sessions appear in the left panel, grouped by score range (90–100, 80–89, etc.). Click any past session to review your answers and the AI’s explanations.
